WASHINGTON — Sam's Club is changing its Sunday store hours, starting this weekend.

The membership-based warehouse club is expanding Sunday hours after "overwhelming feedback" from its members, Steven Zapata, Corporate Communications Director confirmed in an email.

The new Sunday hours will move most Sam's Club warehouses to a simplified schedule of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, with a few exceptions. The warehouses were previously open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Plus members who pay for Sam's Club's highest-tier membership will continue to get exclusive early access from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. daily.

The expanded hours will take effect starting Sunday, Oct. 12.

The Walmart-owned company also announced it will be staying open a couple hours later for certain holidays. Sam's Club war
