A Rochester Hills doctor has pleaded no contest to secretly recording several children and at least two adults in the changing rooms of a local swim school and to sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl and recording himself doing it.

Dr. Oumair Aejaz on Thursday pleaded no contest as charged to 31 counts of sexual misconduct. His no contest pleas will be treated the same as a guilty plea during his Dec. 2 sentencing in Oakland Circuit Court. He faces up to life in prison for his two first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges and a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison.
