Cindy McCain is recovering after a scary health crisis.

The widow of the late United States senator John McCain experienced a minor stroke while in Rome, Italy, visiting the headquarters of the United Nations World Food Programme, of which she is executive director, per a statement issued by the organization Oct. 9.

Following treatment, Cindy—who shares kids Meghan McCain , 40, Jack McCain , 39, Jimmy McCain , 36, and Bridget McCain , 34 with her late husband—was cleared to travel and returned home to Arizona, where she will continue to recuperate for up to six weeks.
