Leader of Opposition Mukul Sangma has expressed deep concern over the law and order situation in Meghalaya, particularly in light of the recent deaths of two minor children.

According to him, there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding lawlessness and criminal activities in the state.

Speaking to media persons on Friday, Sangma has stressed the importance of addressing petty crimes, which he believes can escalate into larger criminal activities.
