According to a criminal complaint obtained by Law&Crime, Green was the driver of a Chevy Malibu that allegedly ran a red light at approximately 130 to 145 mph and collided with Sjoberg's Dodge Neon.

After police arrived at the scene and noticed "the odor of intoxicants," they asked Green if he had been drinking. He responded, "Absolutely not." Field sobriety tests allegedly proved otherwise.
