WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT IT?

Busselton brewer Rocky Ridge has thrown open the doors to its latest brewhouse in Burswood, taking over the Goodwood Parade site of first Blasta Brewing and then Fox Fridays, with 40 taps of core beers, collabs and seasonal releases.

Taking Tinnie on the road to investigate its second metropolitan venue, it is easy to be overwhelmed by the sheer variety of styles and flavours, but it was hard to go past Faaaa-tthheerr!! with its IT Crowd-inspired can design from Adam Nielsen.

The brewers described the concoction as an “unhinged” hazy IPA with an ingredients list that reads like an entire fruit salad.
