NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- For all pizza lovers out there, the New Haven Museum's latest exhibit, 'Pronounced Ah Beetz,' just opened this week.

For the next two years, pizza lovers can learn all about the city's pizza legacy.

The new exhibit shines a light on the legacy of places like Sally's and Modern Apizza, Frank Pepe’s and several other pizzerias.

"New Haven originated things like the pizza box," Jason Bischoff-Wurstle, the director of photo archives at the New Haven Museum, said. "Things like delivery, integration into college and becoming a college food, really the arc and trajectory of families arriving here in America coming together, pulling their money, starting a business and the legacy."

The exhibit is set to take visitors back several years.
