CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Police arrested a 17-year-old wanted in connection with the Sept. 7 mass shooting in the Flats on Thursday.

According to a release, officers attempted to pull over a car near East 46th Street and Carnegie Avenue, but the car fled.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol deployed a helicopter, which tracked the car to the west side, where it stopped near the 2000 block of West 52nd Street.

Police said those in the car fled on foot, and after a foot pursuit, officers arrested a teenager and a 21-year-old man.
