A house in Rahway that sold for $15.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union County in the past week.

In total, 97 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $1.2 million. The average price per square foot was $522.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 29 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.5 million, single-family residence at 869 Summit Ave.

A single-family house at 869 Summit Ave. in Westfield, has been sold. The price was $1,511,000. The house was built in 2002 and has a living area of 2,628 square feet. The price per square foot was $575. The deal was finalized on Sep. 11.
