Actor David Del Rio’s wife is breaking her silence on his sexual assault allegation.

News broke on Thursday, Oct. 9, that Del Rio was fired from the CBS legal drama “Matlock” after his costar Leah Lewis accused him of sexual assault. That same day, Del Rio’s wife, Katherine, took to social media to slam Lewis.

“This is the most disturbing human being I have ever met,” Katherine wrote via her Instagram Story alongside a closeup photo of Lewis’ face.

Del Rio played Billy Martinez on “Matlock,” while Lewis plays Sarah Franklin. After Lewis accused Del Rio of sexual assault, an internal investigation was immediately conducted. Del Rio was then escorted off set.
