After multiple outlets reported that the Matlock actor , who portrayed associate Billy Martinez, had been removed from the Kathy Bates -led CBS series following an investigation surrounding a sexual assault allegation, his wife shared cryptic posts slamming his costar Leah Lewis . (CBS confirmed to multiple outlets that David had exited the series but did not elaborate further.)

In a since-deleted Oct. 9 Instagram Story viewed by Page Six and Us Weekly , Katherine—who tied the knot with David in 2018—shared a zoomed in photo of Leah adding, “This is the most disturbing human being I’ve ever met.”
