The popular social media app Discord is warning users about a recent data breach within its platform.
The company said over 70,000 users could have been affected, and have been informed of the hack, which included names, email addresses, billing information, and in some cases, government ID images.
Discord has confirmed its own systems were not the target of the attack, but the cyber criminals found a vulnerability through a third-party service provider.
An investigation is underway, according to Discord.
