LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A cease-and-desist letter from Nevada environmental officials indicates 100 new violations during construction of the Las Vegas Loop project, according to nonprofit journalism watchdog ProPublica.

The Boring Company -- Elon Musk's enterprise that's carving out the network of tunnels for Tesla electric vehicles -- is repeatedly failing to hold up its end of a deal that eliminated layers of regulation, ProPublica reported.
