ALBERT LEA, Minn. — The Albert Lea Police Department is investigating reports of a man impersonating a Waste Management employee.

The individual is visiting local businesses, fraudulently setting up fake garbage service accounts, and requesting cash payments.

Authorities confirmed that this man is not affiliated with Waste Management. Furthermore, Waste Management does not accept cash payments.
