The first of an eventual four General Motors logos has been affixed to the top of the new Hudson's Detroit office building in the city's downtown.

The giant sign faces the Woodward side of the 12-story building and went up overnight on Friday, Oct. 10. The building is set to become GM's new global headquarters early next year.
