MENTOR, Ohio -- It’s not even Halloween yet, but Christmas decorations are already popping up in local stores. In that “spirit,” two new holiday-themed stores will soon be open in Northeast Ohio.

Spirit Halloween’s parent company is expanding their Spirit Christmas brand , and among the 30 locations opening nationwide, two will be at local malls: Great Lakes Mall in Mentor and Belden Village Mall in North Canton.

The Mentor store will be located at 8000 Plaza Blvd., while the North Canton location will open at 5487 Dressler Road NW. The company’s website lists the Mentor location’s debut in October, while the North Canton store will open in November.

Both spots are located inside former JoAnn Fabrics locations.
