A teenager who allegedly struck a State Police trooper with a stolen motorcycle in Revere in June pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges stemming from the alleged hit-and-run crash.
Akram El Moukhtari , 18, of Revere , entered his plea in Suffolk Superior Court to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, receiving a stolen vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, and possession of ammunition without a FID card, records show.
Bail was set at $35,000 cash, legal filings said. El Moukhtari was previously arraigned in Chelsea District Court, and his indictment last month kicked the matter up to superior court.
