LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -- Amtrak Police say a passenger on a train that stopped in Lancaster was indecently assaulted and recorded by another passenger.
Matthew Allen, 34, of Akron, Lancaster County, allegedly put his hands up the woman's shorts and used his phone to record her during a Sept. 21 train ride, Amtrak Police said in charging documents.
According to the charging documents, when the woman got off the train, Allen was behind her, and he allegedly kept recording her.
Police said they were able to identify Allen through security footage and Amtrak records.
When Allen was questioned, he allegedly claimed he was either at work or home, but when he was shown a picture of him at the Lancaster station from the security footage, he admitted that it was him
