TEKAMAH, Neb. (KTIV) - A Northeast Nebraska man was arrested and charged with multiple firearm charges as a convicted felon.

Forty-five-year-old Russell Cory McCrea of Tekamah was arrested after five firearms were seized from his apartment during a search by law enforcement on Thursday, Oct. 9, at about 9 a.m.

The Tekamah Police Department says several handguns, including one with a threaded barrel for a suppressor, two unlicensed suppressors and two unidentifiable and unserialized ‘ghost guns.’

Officers also found several hundred rounds of ammunition and a small quantity of marijuana, according to a press release by the Tekamah Police Department.
