WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – Days after Michigan lawmakers green-lit belated state budget, Ann Arbor-area K-12 leaders have been largely cautiously optimistic about what the $21. 29 billion education plan means for the rest of the school year.
The school aid fund will bring $22.9 million more total for the region’s public schools with just under $18.6 million of that coming from a pump in per-student funding.
