UPDATE (Oct. 10, 12 p.m.): Cellphone video and surveillance footage captured the moments before a man was dragged for miles to his death.

The cellphone video shows two men fighting Wednesday night in a Circle K parking lot at Schillinger Road and Three Notch in Tillman's Corner.

A nearby business captured the suspect's car leaving the convenience store and police cars trailing after him.

The incident began when the suspect, Jacob Cross, and Sam Walker fought at the gas station.

According to police, the fight started after Walker saw Cross involved in a dispute with a woman and intervened.

He exchanged words with Cross, leading to an all-out brawl.
