FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Dash cam footage shows a stolen Jeep weaving through Fayetteville streets at high speed during an Oct. 4 chase that left a passenger paralyzed.

Dustin Paulman, 23, of Forrest City, was arrested on Oct. 4 for first-degree battery, kidnapping, unauthorized use of a vehicle, fleeing, leaving the scene of an injury accident, four counts of theft by receiving, multiple moving violations and a parole violation.

A silver Jeep driven by Paulman was clocked at 92 mph on Interstate 49. He exited abruptly onto local streets, accelerating through a residential area, passing vehicles on a double yellow line.
