Several employees experienced "seizure events" after exposure to the powdered explosive cyclonite, a toxic chemical.

The inspection found surfaces in the affected employees' break room tested positive for cyclonite, and employees were allowed to consume beverages outside their work area without washing their hands.

Accurate Energetic Systems contested the violations and eventually reached a settlement with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
