Amy Moore has now been charged with 54 counts of cruelty to animals.
According to the indictment WREG Investigators uncovered, the charges involve 48 dogs and six cats. It claims Moore "unlawfully, unreasonably and knowingly" "fail(ed) to provide necessary care" for the animals in her custody.
It goes on to state, her alleged crimes took place "between January 1, 2024 and September 16, 2024." It doesn't go into further detail.
