GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A man in Green Bay is facing five charges after a knife-related incident on Wednesday evening.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 77-year-old Neng Vue is facing multiple charges in relation to Wednesday's incident near Danz Park. On October 8 around 6:20 p.m. authorities were sent to a weapon call at Danz park.
It was claimed that an unknown Asian male, later identified as Vue, assaulted and 'cut' a man with a knife. The complaint mentions Vue ran back into the woods.
The knife was recovered from the victims, according to the complaint. The victim claimed that Vue slashed the tires on a bicycle and confronted him.
Vue then started to curse them in Hmong and pulled out a knife and lunged at them, the victim said. A confrontation followed, and
