ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Police have arrested a woman accused of a deadly hit-and-run crash near the North Valley earlier this week. Rosario Lage, 54, is facing charges for leaving the scene of an accident that caused death or injury. Court documents said that on Monday in northwest Albuquerque, a caller reported hearing a car crash and seeing a man lying on the side of the street.

When police arrived at the scene, they found the body of Jesus Ramos and blue paint chips. Police said they reviewed surveillance video from the scene and saw a blue pickup truck hit Ramos. That car was later found in a dirt lot.

Lage's name was registered to the car. She was found and arrested on Wednesday.
