MILTON, N.Y. — Wallkill High’s boys and Saugerties High’s girls cross-country teams won a multi-school cross-country event at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome on Wednesday, Oct. 8.

Wallkill took the boys six-team race with 32 points, followed by Saugerties (51), Millbrook (80), Highland (101), Pine Plains (119) and Marlboro (126).

Wallkill’s Nathan Diemoz captured the 5-kilometer race in a time of 16 minutes, 59.65 seconds.

Saugerties High’s girls team took the four-school girls meet with 37 points, followed by Wallkill (44), Highland (58) and Millbrook (99).

Pine Plains’ Violet Bliss won the 5-kilometer girls race with a time of 18:35.75. Originally Published: October 10, 2025 at 4:59 PM EDT
