KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - One person was seriously injured in a rollover crash Friday afternoon, according to Rural Metro Fire.

Crews responded to the crash on Thorngrove Pike near Sinking Springs Road at around 1 p.m., officials said. There, they found one person had been ejected from the car when it rolled over.

That person was taken to the hospital with what appeared to be serious injuries, Rural Metro said.
