ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
Several lanes were closed and caused traffic delays for Interstate 40 east in Albuquerque.
New Mexico State Police said the traffic closure was due to a hit-and-run crash involving a motorcycle. The motorcyclist was hospitalized with injuries.

The right shoulder and the three most-right lanes were closed at Carlisle Boulevard, near mile marker 161 in Albuquerque. The lane closures were announced just before 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10.
No further information has been released.
