New York State Police troopers have responded to reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles most recently in the West Oneonta area, sometime between 9 p.m. Oct. 9 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 10, according to a news release.

Vehicles were rummaged through, a wallet was reported stolen and spare change was taken.
