Today has made for a dreary and rainy day to close out the workweek. While we haven't seen much in the way of thunder and lightning in Grand Junction, rainfall has been persistent throughout the day. In fact, Grand Junction has currently had one of the rainiest days in our viewing area with over eight tenths of an inch of rainfall recorded! We have already broken the record of 0.54" set in 1969. It has been chilly, too, with us getting only into the lows 60s. Tonight, we will see less frequent rainfall until early tomorrow morning. Cloudy skies should stick around with a low of 57°.
