HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- He's only 19 years old and court records show that he's already facing several charges just this year alone.

In this latest incident this week, investigators say Devonn Jean shot at a man who confronted him about the way he was driving.

Investigators say it happened on Tuesday outside his home on Pinewest Court in east Harris County when a man on his way home followed Jean to confront him for driving erratically.

"That gentlemen, says you got out of the truck, went inside the house, came out with a rifle and started shooting at him as he was driving away," a Harris County magistrate said.

According to court documents, Jean told deputies he didn't have any guns but after giving them consent to search, they found one in his truck.
