Nancy Wright is retiring Oct. 31 after 49 years at The Ferguson Agency. Wright, the first full-time employee hired by founder Rich Ferguson, started as a “graphic designer, phone answerer and coffee maker.” She served as president and then CEO before becoming chief employee experience officer.

Janie Waldron has rejoined Ambassador Enterprises as chief administrative officer. She worked with Ambassador from 2014 to 2019 and previously was with SOLV Holdings.
