SRINAGAR : The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Srinagar has booked a police inspector posted as cashier at the District Police Office Bandipora for allegedly accumulating assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. The ACB identified the officer as Inspector (M) Peer Zada Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, son of Peer Zada Mohammad Akber Shah, a resident of Wahabpora, Budgam. The Bureau said the officer was found in possession of substantial movable and immovable assets in his own name and in the names of his family members that far exceeded his lawful earnings.
