SANTA MONICA, Calif. (KABC) -- Two police officers and the driver of a pickup truck were injured after a crash in Santa Monica Friday night.

The crash happened at Main Street and Pico Boulevard around 9:14 p.m., according to Santa Monica police.

"The collision involved a police vehicle with two Santa Monica Police officers and a second vehicle occupied by one driver," police posted on X. "All parties have been transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation."

The condition of the officers and pickup truck driver is unclear.

Video showed the police cruiser had heavy front-end damage, and the pickup truck also suffered extensive damage. Debris was scattered on the street.
