A house that sold for $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West Orange between Sep. 22 and Oct. 5.

In total, 12 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $697,077. The average price per square foot was $378.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 22 to the week of Oct. 5 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $520K, detached house at 107 Elm Street

The single-family home at 107 Elm Street in West Orange has new owners. The price was $520,000. The house was built in 1931 and has a living area of 1,088 square feet. The price per square foot was $478. The deal was finalized on Aug. 27.
