Three rushed to hospital after multi-vehicle crash in central Bristol View Image

Three people have been rushed to hospital after a crash on a major road in Bristol this afternoon (Saturday, October 11). The crash, which took place on Brunel Way shortly before 12.20pm, involved a collision between two cars and a van.

One person's injuries are said to be "potentially life-threatening", while another person's injuries were described as "serious" but not believed to be life-threatening.

Brunel Way is currently closed between its junctions with the A370 and Bristol Gate while investigations take place.
