SAGINAW, MI — A man has admitted to being high on drugs when he crashed his truck into a Saginaw house, launching himself onto the roof and narrowly avoiding killing a baby.

Jordan A. Albro, 29, on Sept. 30 appeared before Saginaw County District Judge M. Randall Jurrens and pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, the lone count he faced.

The misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Per the plea agreement, Albro must pay a restitution amount that has yet to be determined. 26
