Manchester United are plotting a shock £60m raid on Crystal Palace for England star Adam Wharton . ‌

United boss Ruben Amorim has kept close tabs on Wharton's progress , and has become a huge fan of the midfielder. The 21-year-old has emerged as one of the brightest young talents in English football in the last 18 months. ‌

Wharton joined Palace from Blackburn for £18m in 2024. And he has gone on to have an integral role in helping Palace enjoy the most successful period in their history under Oliver Glasner. ‌
