BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - High pressure sitting to our north keeps us sunny and dry through the weekend. We’re warming up nicely this afternoon with highs in the upper 70s, and if you’re out in west Alabama, you may even sneak into the low 80s. Northeast breeze around 5 to 10 mph — really just a beautiful afternoon to be outside. And if you’ve got plans later this evening, no worries there either — skies stay mostly clear, temperatures slipping back into the lower 70s by about 7 o’clock.

Cool start to Sunday: We’ll have light winds overnight, which means we cool off quickly. Don’t be surprised if you wake up to mid-50s, maybe even some upper 40s across parts of north Alabama. Feels a little like fall, right? The good news is humidity stays low, so tomorrow is going to feel fantastic
