Video footage captured the moment an Australian regional jet engine became engulfed in flames with passengers on board the aircraft.

The incident occurred on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 8 at the Adelaide Airport, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) reported. According to FlightRadar24 , the Rex Airlines plane was scheduled to depart for Broken Hill at 7:00 a.m. local time.
