1CHERRY HILL, NJ – A suspect was arrested by police following a bank robbery in Cherry Hill on Thursday afternoon as reported by Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Cherry Hill Police Chief John Ostermueller.
On Thursday, October 9, at approximately 4:38 p.m., Cherry Hill Police Department officers responded to the TD Bank on Grove Street in reference to the incident. Officers were informed that at around 4:36 p.m., a suspect entered the bank, wrote a demand note on a deposit slip, and handed it to a teller before receiving U.S. currency and fleeing on foot.
At about 4:50 p.m., police spotted an individual matching the description of the suspect in the 700 block of Grove Street. The individual was identified as 45-year-old Nathaniel Stroud Jr., who was taken into custody short
