This week, Doug Moreau took to the field again, as LSU honored its former All-American and longtime broadcaster during the first quarter during Saturday's game against South Carolina.

Athletic director Scott Woodward and other LSU officials presented Moreau with a framed replica of his No. 80 jersey with his wife, Elaine, and other family members standing alongside him.

Moreau played tight end and kicker from 1962-1965 and then spent 52 years as part of LSU football radio and television broadcasts, a run that ended last season.
