SCRANTON, Pa. — On Saturday, On&On celebrated its 10th anniversary with a fall block party in Lackawanna County .
Along Capouse Avenue, the vintage and handmade marketplace, along with the United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA, highlighted local businesses in the Electric City, getting the community out to support them.
Meegan Possemato, co-owner of On&On, said, "We started off as a small little spot on Lackawanna Ave and we grew into this and the community around us, the support we've had and the people we've seen and our vendors, it's all just been amazing."
