All federal, state and county offices and courts are closed Monday in observance of Columbus Day.

There will be no mail delivery or collection.

City of Pittsburgh garbage will be collected on the regular schedule.

State liquor stores normally open on Monday will be open for normal operating hours.

State Department of Transportation driver license and photo centers will be closed, but Pittsburgh Regional Transit will operate on its normal weekday schedule.
