The Yorkton Terriers snapped a two-game skid in dramatic fashion Saturday night, erupting for five goals in the third period to down the Melville Millionaires 6–3 at the CN Community Centre.

William Leonard led the charge for Yorkton with a pair of goals, while Jye Zawatsky chipped in a goal and two assists for a three-point performance. Mattias Schoffner, Brett Buckley, and Vinay Junek also found the back of the net as the Terriers earned their third win of the season.

For Melville, Preston Baerwald, Devin Winder, and Keil Schmalz — making his debut as a Millionaire — tallied in the loss.

Between the pipes, rookie goaltender Alexandro Montoya turned aside 40 of 43 shots to collect his first career SJHL victory. At the other end, Kael Svenson stopped 24 shots for the Millionaires.
