This time, two weeks removed from a loss to Oklahoma in which the SEC released a statement acknowledging its referees' miscues, the Tigers saw a potential touchdown never called, in a 20-10 loss to No. 9 Georgia on Saturday, Oct. 11.
With 1:32 remaining in the first half and Auburn leading 10-0, the Tigers were a yard away from a touchdown and what could've been a three-score lead. A goal line sneak to quarterback Jackson Arnold was never called a touchdown on the field. Instead, it was ruled a fumble, recovered by Georgia , which returned it for a touchdown.
