A nor’easter is expected to bring flooding, power outages and cold weather to Massachusetts as heavy rain and high winds hit the commonwealth.

A nor’easter can have impacts similar to a hurricane and multiple warnings have been issued, including a coastal flood advisory and a high wind warning, for areas in the eastern part of the commonwealth.
