The Trump administration officially confirmed over 4,000 job losses in seven critical departments, including US Treasury, Health and Human Services, Education and Commerce. Over 600,000 federal employees are already furloughed, with many others working without pay in critical areas such as in air traffic control and police enforcement. A collective group of employees just received their last partially paid cheque, with the president even insinuating not everyone will be getting legally required back pay due in days, according to the New York Times.
