Jubilee Hills by-election is on the cards. The voting date is on November 11. Considering the majority of Muslim voters, estimated at 1.25 lakh, there is an edge for the Congress candidate, as he is a three-time contestant in this constituency and has a positive connection with the MIM as well.

Even among other voters, there is no major antipathy toward Congress, nor is there any strong support for the BRS.

There is talk within the constituency that BRS won Jubilee Hills earlier due to the KCR and KTR wave, not because of the candidate himself.

Since BRS is no longer in power in the state, the loyalties of neutral voters may shift to Congress, some analysts say. However, while everything seems to indicate an edge for Congress, it may not be an easy victory.
